How should I dress for my lesson?
Wear something comfortable that won't inhibit movement.  Of course, we recommend comfortable shoes!  We suggest shoes with a leather sole for men and shoes with a heel for ladies.

Back to top Is it hard to learn to dance?
Most people think that they have two left feet, but we believe that anyone can learn to be comfortable and have fun on the dance floor!  As Fred Astaire himself said, "Some people seem to feel good dancers are born. But all the good dancers I have known are taught or trained.  To me dancing has always been fun, and I enjoy every minute of it."
